أولاً: سياسة الخصوصية باللغة العربية

يهدف تطبيق أُسطى (Osta) إلى تسهيل وربط خدمات الصيانة الفورية والمتنقلة في كافة أنحاء دولة ليبيا. نحن نحافظ على خصوصية بياناتك ونلتزم بالضوابط التالية:

1. البيانات التي نجمعها: نقوم بجمع الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف المحمول، والمدينة عند تسجيل الحساب بهدف التحقق من الهوية وتسهيل التواصل بين الطرفين.
2. الموقع الجغرافي (Location Data):
   • بالنسبة للعملاء: نستخدم بيانات موقعك الجغرافي لتحديد مكان طلب الصيانة الفورية ومطابقة العميل بأقرب فني متاح في منطقته.
   • بالنسبة للفنيين (الأُسطى): يستخدم تطبيق الفنيين الموقع الجغرافي في الخلفية أثناء الاتصال بالإنترنت (Online) لتوجيه واستقبال الطلبات القريبة بكفاءة وسرعة عالية.
3. مشاركة البيانات: لا نقوم ببيع أو تسويق أو مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع أي جهات خارجية أو أطراف ثالثة غير مصرح لها. يتم فقط مشاركة الاسم ورقم الهاتف والموقع الميداني بين العميل والفني المقبول لتنفيذ أمر الشغل بنجاح.
4. حذف الحساب والبيانات: يمنحك التطبيق الحق الكامل في التحكم ببياناتك وحذف حسابك وكافة سجلاتك المسجلة فوراً وبشكل نهائي وبدون أي قيود من خلال قائمة إعدادات الحساب داخل التطبيق.
5. التواصل والدعم الفني: لأي استفسار أو طلب متعلق بخصوصية البيانات أو أمان المعلومات، يمكنك التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء والدعم الفني مباشرة عبر المحادثة الفورية في التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي: support@osta.app.

Second: Privacy Policy in English

The Osta mobile app is dedicated to simplifying on-demand and on-the-go maintenance and professional services across the State of Libya. We value your privacy and safeguard your information under the following core principles:

• Registration & Account Data: We collect your full name, mobile phone number, and city during registration to authenticate your profile and enable seamless communication between service parties.
• Geographical Location (Location Data):
  • For Customers: We utilize location data when submitting a request to identify the maintenance site and connect customers with the nearest available technicians.
  • For Technicians (Ostas): Technicians' background location is collected while active/online to efficiently route nearby urgent service requests in real time.
• Data Sharing & Third Parties: We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertising agencies or unauthorized third parties. Name, phone number, and location coordinates are shared exclusively between the matched customer and technician for job fulfillment.
• Account & Data Deletion: You retain complete control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time directly through the app's settings menu without any restrictions.
